The death anniversary of renowned poet Sehba Akhtar is being observed on Wednesday.

He wrote many famous poems, films and national songs. His Poetry books include Sherkiashida, Iqra, Khazina, Mashal and Samandar. He also received Pride of Performance award from President of Pakistan.
