Heavy and moderate rains were reported in several parts of the country while more rains are expected today and tomorrow across the country.

According to Met Office, rain with thunderstorm and snowfall over hills is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Islamabad, upper/south Punjab, northern Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.

The met office has also warned that heavy rain and snowfall may disrupt and cause closure of roads in Murree, Galiyat, Naran, Kaghan, Dir, Swat and northern areas.

There is also possibility of landslides in these areas so all unnecessary travels should be avoided.
