The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is being started with the opening match between host Pakistan and New Zealand at National Stadium, Karachi this afternoon.

President Asif Ali Zardari will be the chief guest in the opening ceremony while Pakistan Air Force will demonstrate a magnificent aerial display of the Sher Dil show.

It is after 29 years that Pakistan is hosting an international cricket event today, in which tough competition is expected among eight top participating teams.
