Eid-ul-Azha festivities continued across the country on the third day today.         

The faithful sacrificed animals in commemoration of supreme sacrifice offered by Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS). Meat of sacrificial animals was distributed among destitute and needy people besides relatives.

Families visited recreational sites and their relatives. The children also enjoyed festivities on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

The water and sanitation departments had chalked out cleanliness plans that were implemented in letter and spirit.  

Punjab government has set a new record of public service by ensuring waste removal and cleanliness across the province continuously during the last 48 hours.
