Adviser to Prime Minister on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan says the government will unveil a new Auto Policy shortly to incentivize all stakeholders, including auto parts manufacturers.

Talking to media on the opening day of Pakistan International Auto Show 2026 in Lahore, he said the government, under the vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is taking steps to help auto parts manufacturers enhance their exports.

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority is participating in the event as a strategic partner of the Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts and Accessories Manufacturers.
