Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar has held separate meetings with senior French officials in Paris and discussed areas of cooperation between the two countries.

Those whom the Minister of State met, included Diplomatic Adviser to French President Emmanuel Bonne, Additional Director General of French Development Agency, Bertrand Walckenaer, and President of France-Pakistan Friendship Group in the French Senate, Pascal Allizard and Gisèle Jourda.

Both sides discussed political, trade, investment, economic, cultural and educational ties between the two countries as well as the situation of floods in Pakistan.
