Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam has said the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have rejected the politics of chaos as well as agitation and demonstrated that they stand for peace and development. 

Addressing a public rally at Mingora in Swat, the Minister highlighted the establishment of lasting peace in the province, the eradication of terrorism, the provision of employment opportunities, and improvements in the education and health sectors as his key priorities.

He said the sacrifices made by security forces and law enforcement agencies in the war against terrorism are commendable.
