Chairman NAB Justice Retired Javed Iqbal has categorically stated that no compromise will be made on the accountability of corrupt elements.     

Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said the anti-graft body is working as per the law and constitution and it does not believe in any political victimization.

He said 1270 references involving an amount of 940 billion rupees are currently pending before the accountability courts across the country.       

Javed Iqbal said the world institutions have also appreciated the performance of NAB.
