The Punjab government has approved eight billion rupees for Punjab Forensic Science Agency.

According to Spokesperson of the Punjab Home Department, these funds will be utilized for the procurement of state-of-the-art equipment, infrastructure development and upgradation of forensic facilities.

He further said that new forensic laboratories will be established in different areas of the province.
