Shawwal Moon has not been sighted and, therefore, Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated across the country on Saturday.

This was announced by the Chairman of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad while addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday evening.

He said no evidence of moon sighting was received from any part of the country.
