Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has extended greetings to Christian community on the occasion of Easter. 

Speaking at an Easter ceremony in Lahore on Sunday, he lauded the role of the Christian community in socio-economic development of the country.

The Information Minister said Pakistan is moving toward economic progress and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has put Pakistan on the path of development.

Information Minister said Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is serving people of the province with record welfare schemes.

He said "Uraan Pakistan" program is a project for country’s development and prosperity.
