The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bullish today witnessing a great surge of business activity.

The KSE-100 Index closed today at 78,801.53 points as compared to 76,706.77 points on the last working day with a positive change of 2,094.76 points.

The total turnover was 452,637,253 as compared to 395,897,996 on the last working day with Silk Bank Ltd having the highest turnover of 53,586,473.

Total 447 companies transacted their shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 256 recorded gains and 133 sustained losses whereas the share price of 58 companies remained unchanged.

Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 86.62 rupees while Bhanero Textile Mills Limited recorded maximum decrease that was 75.99 rupees.
