In Sudan, anti-coup activists have called for mass protests on Sunday to protest against the killing of, at least, forty people since last month’s military takeover in the country.

Sudan’s top general Abdel Fattah al-Burhan on October 25 had declared a state of emergency which drew wide international condemnation and punitive measures, and provoked people to take to the streets.
