Indonesian President Joko Widodo has pledged continued support for Palestine as he sent off second consignment of humanitarian assistance for Gaza.

In a press conference President Joko Widodo said Jakarta reiterate once again that Indonesia will continue to support the struggle of the Palestinian people.

Joko Widodo said that aid items were selected based on the needs of the people in Gaza.

He said besides humanitarian assistance, Indonesia will also give continues political support to Palestine.
