Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while very cold in northern parts and northern Balochistan during the next twelve hours.

Dense fog and smog is likely to persist in Islamabad, plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh.

Frost is likely to occur at few places in Kashmir during morning hours.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla while cold and dense fog in Jammu.
