The third Fitness Challenge National Championship was held in Peshawar.

A total of ten teams including Pakistan Army and police participated in the championship.

Pakistan Army displayed outstanding performance, successfully defending the title and winning the championship. Pakistan Army secured sixteen gold, six silver and one bronze medal.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team secured second position with three gold medals and police team remained third with one gold medal.
