Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to further deepening defence collaboration and strategic engagement with Malaysia. 

He was talking to Malaysian Minister for Home Affairs Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, who called on him in Rawalpindi today along with the Malaysian Ambassador to Pakistan and a high-level delegation.

During the meeting, the regional security dynamics and matters of mutual interest were deliberated upon.

Both sides reaffirmed the strong and enduring bonds between Pakistan and Malaysia and expressed their resolve to further broaden cooperation and engagement in areas of shared interest.
