Pakistan will establish its first international standard local bulletproof glass manufacturing factory in Karachi with the facilitation of Special Investment Facilitation Council.

In this connection, a delegation of leading business group Vanguard International held an important meeting with SIFC officials.

The project will be launched with an investment of about fifty million dollars at the Bin Qasim Industrial Park.

The bulletproof glass produced under the project will help meet the requirements of Pakistan Army and security institutions.

The modern facility will facilitate technology transfer, save foreign exchange and create employment opportunities for around four hundred skilled workers.
