The Central Development Working Party has approved twelve development projects worth one hundred and eighty seven billion rupees.

The approval was given at a meeting of CDWP in Islamabad with Minister for Planning and Development and Special Initiatives and Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Ahsan Iqbal in the chair.   

Out of these, six projects worth nineteen billion rupees have been approved by the CDWP forum, while the forum has recommended six projects worth one hundred and sixty eight billion rupees to the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council for its consideration.
