Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says New Delhi's expulsion of 41 Canadian diplomats has led to misery for millions of people having ties with India.

India expelled the Canadian diplomats after the Canadian Prime Minister publically announced that the Indian government was involved in the assassination of Canadian Sikh Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
