Groundbreaking ceremony of Pakistan's First Maritime Science and Technology Park was held at Karachi Expo Center.

Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf was chief guest on the occasion.

Maritime Science and Technology Park will pave the way for development in the fields of maritime sciences, technology, business and industry.

The Naval Chief expressed the confidence that the Park will open new paths for the economic growth and the maritime sector.

The park aims to promote various sectors including maritime technologies, artificial intelligence, cyber security, ocean renewable energy, seafood processing, shipbuilding and coastal tourism.
