International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant. 

Pre-Trial Chamber of International Criminal Court issued these arrest warrants for crimes against humanity and war crimes committed since October 8, 2023 in Gaza.

The Court in a statement further said there are reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant “intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in Gaza of objects indispensable to their survival, including food, water, and medicine and medical supplies, as well as fuel and electricity.

The court also rejected two Israeli challenges to its jurisdiction.
