Minister of State for Housing Mian Shabbir Ali Qureshi says PTI's government is paying special attention to the development of Southern belt of the Punjab.

He was addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of a road from Tibba Shah Abbas to Abbas Walla bund in Dera Din Panah near Muzaffargarh.

He said that record development works worth billions of rupees were carried out across Southern Punjab.

The Minister said provincial government has approved to upgrade rural health center of Dera Din Panah to Tehsil Head Quarter hospital at a cost of 90 million rupees.

He said that Kot Addu would be the new district in South Punjab.
