Ambassador of United Arab Emirates Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi called on Minister for Defence Engr. Khurram Dastgir Khan in Rawalpindi today (Wednesday).

During the meeting, Federal Minister said that regular high level contacts provide impetus to exemplary bilateral relations.

Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi expressed his pleasure on assuming his new assignment in Pakistan and said that he will use his position in promoting and strengthening the already close and cordial bilateral relationship between UAE and Pakistan, taking it to ever new heights.

He also mentioned focus of UAE investments in Pakistan in the fields of education, infrastructure and health care.
