Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has finalized a comprehensive development plan for the uplift of three districts of Kohat division.
According to details, under the programme fifteen billion rupees will be spent during five years on the completion of various uplift schemes in Kohat, Karak and Hangu districts of the division.
The development schemes will be launched in agriculture, public health engineering, roads infrastructure, health, education and irrigation sectors.
Similarly, eight new small dams will be constructed beside rehabilitation of existing eight dams to bring barren lands under cultivation in these areas.
