Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said institutional reforms are the need of the hour.  

Chairing a meeting in Islamabad on institutional reforms, he directed ministry of planning to adopt modern technology to meet the requirements of the 21st century.

He said Pakistan has all the potential for development and the only need is to work tirelessly towards the right direction.
