The Lahore Literary Festival (LLF), concluded at Alhamra Arts Council today, with participation from a large number of people including students. 

Speaking to Radio Pakistan Lahore’s correspondent, Ghulam Haider, Lecturer Muhammad Umar Raza Bajwa from the English Department at the University of Sargodha expressed his delight attending the festival.

He said that his department brings students to this festival every year to expose them to literary and cultural discussions.

 He said that the festival provides students with healthy activities to nurture their creative abilities.

He further said that students are actively participating in poetry, exhibitions and performances according to their interests and are thoroughly enjoying the experience.

Umar Raza Bajwa emphasized that the festival plays a crucial role in promoting literature and culture.  He said  the festival offers the  opportunity to participants to gain insight from both national and international speakers.

He said  such festivals provide students with valuable learning opportunities beyond the classroom.

He further said that the Lahore Literary Festival continues to celebrate literature, art and culture while bringing together literary enthusiasts and intellectuals from across the country.
