Khalistan referendum is being held in US city Los Angeles today.  

The entire Sikh community is eagerly awaiting this referendum which is an opportunity for them to voice their aspirations for a sovereign homeland in India.

The murder of Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar intensified the Khalistan movement as Indian intelligence agency "RAW" was found involved in the murder.

While India has been repeatedly involved in terrorist activities and designs in other countries, the killing of Sikh leaders has put India's reputation to questions.
