Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says the country's economy is heading towards progress due to prudent policies of the government.

Talking to media in Lahore on Thursday, he said that government has paid special attention toward agriculture sector and five crops have produced bumper crop.

He said that we defeated coronavirus by the grace of Almighty Allah and Pakistan is the first country whose economy is recovering after pandemic.

The Minister said that Pakistan is heading towards development and prosperity under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
