Mainly very cold and dry weather is expected in most areas of the country during the next twelve hours.

Dense fog and smog is likely to persist in Islamabad, plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh.

However, very cold weather is likely in these areas due to dense fog.

Islamabad three degree centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar five, Karachi thirteen, Quetta minus-one, Gilgit minus-four, Murree one and Muzaffarabad two degree centigrade.         

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian and Baramula, while partly cloudy and very cold in Leh and Anantnag.

However, cold and dense fog is expected in Jammu.
