Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman says transparency in the insurance policies is the dire need of the hour.

Addressing a function in Peshawar on Thursday, he said the federal insurance ombudsman plays a vital role in provision of free insurance claims to masses.

He said awareness is necessary among the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding the importance of the federal insurance ombudsman.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State Ali Muhammad Khan lauded the efforts of federal insurance ombudsmen for resolving problems relating to insurance claim.
