Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Victory Memorial in Baku to pay tribute to the martyrs and heroes of the second Nagorno-Karabakh War.

The Prime Minister laid a floral wreath at the memorial.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, while writing his impressions, said that this magnificent memorial of victory is a symbol of immense courage, determination and national pride as well as testament to Azerbaijan's unwavering spirit and resolve.

The Prime Minister praised the extraordinary courage and determination exhibited by the Azerbaijani nation during the forty-four-day war. 

He highlighted that Pakistan will always stand in complete solidarity with Azerbaijan, and appreciates its efforts for peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.
