Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on his adviser Engineer Amir Muqam in Martung area of Shangla.

According to the Prime Minister Office, Shehbaz Sharif contacted Engineer Amir Muqam and inquired about his well-being. The Prime Minister thanked Allah Almighty as the Advisor remained safe in the attack.

The Prime Minister paid tribute to the valour and steadfastness of Engineer Amir Muqam.

In 2014, there was a suicide attack on Amir Maqam at the same place.

Earlier, in a statement, Engineer Amir Muqam thanked Allah Almighty for escaping a terrorist attack. He thanked the people of Shangla also for supporting him.

Terming terrorists enemies of the country, the Advisor said Pakistan can achieve goals of development and stability only by curbing the terrorism.
