Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi met  Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf in Islamabad.

They discussed the proposed International Seerat Conference, Hajj arrangements and promotion of interfaith and intra-faith harmony.

Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi said the Seerat Conference would help develop a roadmap to address challenges facing the younger generation.

Sardar Muhammad Yousaf appreciated the role of religious organizations in promoting tolerance, peace and national unity.
