Pakistan Railways will restore traffic between Karachi and rest of the country from first week of next month.
This was stated by Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division, Muhammad Hanif Gul, while participating in Radio Pakistan Lahore's Current Affairs Programme "Lahore Insight" on Friday.
Hanif Gul said that under the supervision of Railways Minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique, all officers and staff are working round the clock for repairing and maintenance of railway tracks damaged due to floods in Sindh and Balochistan.
He said Pakistan Railways is providing free services for carrying relief goods for early rehabilitation of flood affectees across the country.
