World Polio Day is being observed on Sunday with a pledge to eradicate polio from the world.

The theme of this year's World Polio Day is “One Day. One Focus: Ending Polio – delivering on our promise of a polio-free world”.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that polio-free Pakistan is our mission and among the top priorities of the government.

In a message on World Polio Day, the chief minister said that all-out resources are being utilized to ensure healthy future to our children.

He said that administration has also been activated in anti-polio campaign along with the health department.
