The country’s largest marathon race is set to take place in Islamabad on Sunday.

This event is being organized by the renowned running group, Islamabad Run with Us.

Runners from Pakistan and around the world are participating in this fifth marathon of the series.

A notable contingent from the diplomatic community in Islamabad will also be participating.

The marathon race will feature competitions in five kilometer, ten kilometer, full marathon, and half marathon categories.

A race will also be organized for children under the age of twelve to encourage an active lifestyle among young kids.
