Monkeypox has been detected in three more countries including the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Earlier, the virus has detected in 18 other countries and the number is expected to rise further still.

The World Health Organization says the virus can be contained with the right response in countries outside of Africa where it is not usually detected.
