An appellate tribunal in Karachi has rejected objections raised on nomination papers of Central Naib Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami and Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal’s candidate for NA-242 Karachi Assadullah Bhutto.

Earlier, his nomination papers were rejected by returning officer on the plea of being bank defaulter.

He had challenged the decision of returning officer to appellate tribunal, which declared decision of returning officer null and void today.
