President Dr Arif Alvi, along with First Lady Begum Samina Alvi, visited the residence of journalist Arshad Sharif in Islamabad on Tuesday and expressed deep grief over the killing of Arshad Sharif.

The President prayed for the departed soul and commiserated with the bereaved family of the late journalist.

He said Arshad Sharif's services in the field of journalism will long be remembered.
