Pakistan and Uzbekistan have reaffirmed their commitment to expanding collaboration across multiple sectors for shared progress and prosperity.

The resolve was expressed during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov in Tashkent on Wednesday.

During the meeting, both the leaders appreciated the longstanding fraternal ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan, built on shared history and mutual respect.

They discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations and deepen cooperation in trade, investment, regional connectivity, and economic development.
