Overseas Pakistanis have lauded the leading role of Prime Minister Imran Khan against Islamophobia in the world and effectively raising voice over hate and intolerance on religious ground.

In an exclusive interview with News and Current Affairs Channel of Radio Pakistan, Convener North London Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Muhammad Imran Zulfikar said the adoption of resolution by UN General Assembly for declaring March 15 as Anti-Islamophobia Day is a landmark achievement of Muslim World.

He said Islam is a peace-loving religion and does not justify any kind of violence and we have to make efforts to highlight teachings of our religion in western countries.

Muhammad Imran Zulfikar said Overseas Pakistanis are playing a significant role in the development of their motherland and the incumbent government has taken tangible measures to resolve issued being faced by overseas Pakistanis.

He also appreciated efforts of the Foreign Office in resolving of issues and redressal of complaints through portal.

Muhammad Imran Zulfikar said right to vote for overseas Pakistanis is also a historic initiative of PTI Government and it will increase confidence in diaspora living abroad to work for the development of their homeland.
