In Tanzania, over one hundred and fifty-five people have been killed and more than two hundred injured due to flooding and landslides caused by heavy rains.

Tanzania's Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa told Parliament that the El Nino climate pattern has worsened the ongoing rainy season.
