Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah says the federal government has decided to take legal action against the unconstitutional move of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In a statement on Thursday, he said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mehmood Khan had used his position unconstitutionally attacking on the federation.

He said that the opinion of the Law Ministry has been sought in this regard for constitutional action.

The Minister said action will also be taken against federal police officers and senior administration officials stationed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Esta Code.
