Malaysian authorities have released plane of Pakistan International Airlines which was seized on 15th of this month on the issue of some dues of the leasing firm.

According to a Spokesperson of PIA, the airline has reached an agreement with the leasing firm for an out of court settlement after which the court ordered to release the plane.

He said that the airline will bring the plane back to the country as a commercial flight for which PIA staff is being sent to Malaysia.

The PIA Spokesperson said return of the plane is expected within two days.
