The United Nation Secretary General Antonio Guterres has termed Russia's war in Ukraine as extensive violations of human rights.

Addressing the 52nd session of the UN Human Rights Council, he emphasized that world must revitalize the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ensure its full implementation to face the new challenges of today and tomorrow.
