Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan says the second session of discussion with provincial information ministers on effective coordination regarding coronavirus situation will take place today.

In a tweet on Saturday, she said the discussion will focus on creating awareness among masses, and making contacts and exchange of information among federal and provincial governments more effective.

She said different proposals and strategies to ensure safety of journalists and workers will also be reviewed.

The Special Assistant said every citizen is responsible to adopt preventive measures to stay safe from coronavirus.
