Caretaker Minister for Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmad has urged the nation to follow the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) to grab the success in this world and life hereafter.

Addressing the National Seerat-un-Nabi [Peace Be Upon Him] Conference in Islamabad today, he said the glorious life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is a role model for entire humanity and it is necessary to acquaint ourselves with the character and teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).

Extending his congratulations to the entire Muslim world on the auspicious occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH, he said our actions should represent those teachings which have been taught by our Prophet (PBUH).

Quoting the verses from Holy Quran, the Minister urged the Muslims to build up their characters by following the Sunnah.
