Results of the successful candidates in Muzaffarabad, Neelum, and Jehlum valleys are being announced by Election Commission.

According to the results, PML-N is at the top of Municipal Corporation seats.

It grabbed 12 seats followed by PTI with 8 seats. PPP and independents got seven seats each while Muslim Conference got success on two seats.

Similarly, PPP got 39 seats of union councils, PTI and PML-N 36 each, Independents 26, Muslim Conference 4 and Tehreek Labbik Pakistan 1.

PTI achieved 9 seats of district council, PPP and Independents got 4 each, PML-N 3, and Muslim Conference 1,

So far PML-N and PTI got one seat each on Municipal Committee.

It is to mention that Local government elections in the other two divisions of the state Poonch and Mirpur will be held on the 3rd and 8th of next month respectively.
