US President Joe Biden says he will soon send a small number of US troops to bolster the NATO presence in Eastern Europe amid concerns around a potential Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Talking to newsmen in Philadelphia, he said the United States is going to increase troop presence in Poland, Romania if Putin moves troops into Ukraine.
